I work with customers to develop database solutions in FileMaker Pro.  I act as a liaison between customers and project managers to ensure that the finished product meets client needs and expectations.  My area of responsibility is primarily the East Coast of North America (east of the Mississippi).
I combine sales and marketing expertise with a knack for communication.  I am able to listen to the concerns and needs of businesses and individuals, help them crystallize which concerns are most important to them, explain technical information in an understandable way and translate those needs into business solutions. I believe most strongly in providing world-class customer service and world-class solutions for all of my customers.

The Church Solution
I work with my spouse (an Enterprise Analyst/Developer), writing specifications, preparing manuals, and documenting libraries she wrote (API's).  I also worked with HTML and VBA in developing Web Pages.  I set up a network connecting Windows NT, Windows 98, and Linux systems using TCP/IP.  Installed DSL and DHCP on the network.  Built and repaired Churchs and worked with clients over the phone to solve installation, hardware and software problems.

Contract position providing Administration Analysis for the TurboTax software line, (Intuit Corp.)  I provided sales support from October through January and Administration Analysis through April 20.
I used my technical knowledge and communications skills to troubleshoot customer difficulties with the installation and/or subsequent use of their TurboTax product. I have received written commendations from customer sand commendations from supervisors as well as verbal commendations.  Worked as part of a team of other engineers and representatives.  I was often asked to assist other representatives and engineers with problems that came to their attention.

Supervised the Central Newsroom for a daily newspaper.  Responsibilities involved selecting articles for publication, editing reporter's copy, preparing layouts for publication, giving assignments to the reporting staff (11 reporters), and supervising 4 editors.  I took personal responsibility for any scientific and technical articles published in the paper.
Wrote a training manual for a Churchized pagination system-July 1994 to February 1995.
