The Computer Solution has one subsidiary, Digital Imagination Design. Digital Imagination Design offers website design and development, digital photography, and graphical layout services.
The Computer Solution also supports the Parenting In Christ Ministries. The goal of this ministry is to provide parents with ways and means of raising their children.
My partner and I have extensive experience with both Microsoft Windows ® and Linux. We offer on-site support, telephone support, e-mail support, and instant messaging support.
We also have experience building, trouble shooting, and rapairing most Windows compatible hardware. We can replace any component of your computer or build you one from inexpensive components. We can also intall any version of Windows, Linux or both giving you a dual-boot option so you can run either operating system based on your immediate needs.
We can do on-site with-in 50 miles of our location as classwork allows..
We also support many free and open source software providing training or technical support as needed.
All support on-site, repair, or build services will be charged the basic rate of $25.00 per hour . Telephone, IM, and e-mail support can be prepaid or one time charge. We charge $15.00 per hour in quarter hour intervals with a 30 minute minimum for telephone, IM, or e-mail support.
